Invitations
I was inspired by the colors of the Bourbon Orleans ballroom and I fell in love with some custom invitations I found on Etsy.com but they would end up costing over $1000 for all the elements we needed, so I decided to make them myself! It was a little overwhelming at first with all the boxes of paper and card stock and supplies (including 4 rolls of raffia and over 16 rolls of double-sided tape!) but once I had everything measured and cut, it ended up taking me about 24 hours spread over about 4 days, to complete everything and cost less than $300 for 120 invitations.
Wedding Day Timelines for Wedding Party
I made 2 versions of these-- one for the guys and one for the girls and handed them out at the Rehearsal Dinner

Welcome Books
I designed and printed myself, and bound them at work. We had these handed out by the hotel front desk, and they were really helpful for letting guests know about all the group outings going on. There were couple pages introducing our wedding party, a page where Bez and I wrote a little paragraph about each other and how we met, and a page of random stats about us. The final pages had local restaurant info I got from another Nola Knottie, but altered a bit to fit my design. People really liked these and were always asking us to sign them so the could hold onto them as a keepsake!

Wedding Vows
This isn't really stationery but I thought this might be helpful to someone out there. Bez accommodated my parents' wish that we get married in a church even though he's not big on religion. My family and I are Lutheran and I found the only non-Catholic church in the French Quarter, St. Mark's United Methodist. The minister there was very sweet and accommodating of our issues. She even agreed to let my Uncle (a Church Pastor in Jamaica) do part of the ceremony, and they both agreed to let me come up with the wording for the entire ceremony. Bez and I both wanted very traditional vows but I edited them a bit to keep the religious references to a minimum, and he really appreciated it.
I basically typed up the entire ceremony, and directions and handed them out to the clergy, DJ and Brass Band and the whole thing played out flawlessly in under 20 minutes. Feel free to use and alter in any way you find useful.
